Delete your account and data

Applies to YTStudioFlow — web, Windows app, Chrome extension, and the Android app (com.ytstudioflow.app).

You can ask us to permanently delete your YTStudioFlow account and everything stored with it, at any time and for any reason. You do not need an active subscription, and you do not need the app installed.

How to request deletion

Email preetamnegi7@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". That is the only step — we use the sending address to verify the request, so no other information is required.

We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You will get an email once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email, name, and profile details).
• Your entire workspace: channels, videos, production pipeline, calendar, targets, team members, and reviews.
• All research data tied to your workspace, including keyword research sessions and saved analyses.
• Your encrypted YouTube OAuth refresh tokens, which immediately and permanently ends our access to your channels.
• Any AI provider keys and device records saved to your account.

What is retained, and for how long

• Payment and tax records (invoice amount, date, and transaction reference) are kept for as long as applicable Indian tax and accounting law requires — typically up to 8 years. These cannot be deleted on request because retaining them is a legal obligation. They are never used for any other purpose.
• Records of your acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy are kept as proof of consent, for the same statutory period.
• Cached public YouTube data (search, trending, and public channel data) is not personal to you and expires automatically: within 7 days for search and trending data, and within 30 days for public channel data, in line with the YouTube API Services policies.

Deleting less than everything

If you only want to stop YouTube syncing rather than delete your account, disconnect the channel inside the app, or revoke YTStudioFlow's access directly from your Google security settings — either one immediately invalidates our access to your YouTube data.
